REFUNDS
- Refunds are granted under the following conditions: 1) Items must be returned in its original condition, customer pays for shipping. 2) Item must be returned within 15 days of the delivered date. Orders returned after 15 days, will not be refunded. By purchasing you agree to the above terms
- Your refund will be granted once the above conditions have been met.
THEFT
- It is the customer's responsibility to track packages via tracking number. If your tracking is marked as "delivered", we will not offer refunds and we are not responsible for stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with tracking number or check with a neighbor. Under very special circumstances, and judged by staff, we may be able to reship items or offer exchanges, however this is not guaranteed, and is a courtesy.
ADDRESS ERROR
- In the event that you’ve made a mistake with your address, once package is returned to us, you will receive an automatic refund.
