Refund Policy
Refunds are granted under the following conditions:
1) Items must be returned in their original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 2) Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date. Orders returned after 15 days are not eligible for a refund.
Theft & Lost Packages

Customers are responsible for tracking their orders using the tracking number provided. If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Empressive Finds cannot offer a refund and is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. Please check with your local post office or neighbors if you cannot locate your package. In very limited circumstances, at the discretion of our staff, we may reship items or offer an exchange as a courtesy. This is not guaranteed.
Address Errors

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, the package will be returned to us by the carrier. Once received, an automatic refund will be issued for your order
