Store Policy


      • Currently we do not offer exchanges. Refunds are granted under the condition that:

        1) you’re not satisfied.

        • Items must be returned in it's original condition, customer pays for shipping

        • Must contact via email within 48 hours of delivered item, item must be returned within 15 days of the delivered date. Orders returned after 15 days, will not be refunded.

        • Your refund will be granted once the above conditions have been met.


  • Our packages are unique, and might attract attention.  It is the customer's responsibility to track packages via tracking number. If your tracking is marked as "delivered", we will not offer refunds or reship items, and we are not responsible for stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with tracking number or check with a neighbor



    • In the event that you’ve made a mistake with your address, once package is returned to us, you can:

      1) Receive a refund for the product (shipping costs are not refunded).

    • 2) Reship. Customer pays for shipping
