Currently we do not offer exchanges. Refunds are granted under the condition that:
1) you’re not satisfied.
Items must be returned in it's original condition, customer pays for shipping
Must contact via email within 48 hours of delivered item, item must be returned within 15 days of the delivered date. Orders returned after 15 days, will not be refunded.
Your refund will be granted once the above conditions have been met.
In the event that you’ve made a mistake with your address, once package is returned to us: You can:
1) Receive a refund for the product (shipping costs are not refunded).
2) Reship. Customer pays for shipping
