Refund policy

We hope you adore your finds. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. To start a return or exchange, simply email us at support@empressivefinds.com with your order number and details. Please do not return items to the address on your package — our return address is different and we’ll provide it once we receive your email.

• Returns: unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

• Exchanges: only offered if items were damaged in transit. 

• Final Sale Items: Certain items (such as custom or discounted pieces) are marked final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.

• Return Shipping: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end.
