Shipping policy

We’re so excited to send your finds your way! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping your order.

Domestic Shipping

• Orders are packed and processed within 2 business days. Once on their way, delivery takes 1–5 business days depending on the shipping option you select at checkout.

• Holiday season: Carriers sometimes experience delays. If your tracking shows “In Transit,” please allow a little extra time for your treasures to arrive.

• Delivered packages: Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Empressive Finds cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. You can track your order using the tracking number provided (check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see it).

International Shipping

• International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by Empressive Finds.
